- HathiTrust offers full-text searching across the almost 7 million digitized texts in their repository (including public domain and in copyright works). It is a shared digital repository for several of the great research libraries in North America, and exists to “To build a reliable and increasingly comprehensive digital archive of library materials converted from print that is co-owned and managed by a number of academic institutions.” Works in the HathiTrust repository which are in the public domain are accessible to all users with no login or password required.
